After flood damage left the original 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in need of a major response, the design turned a difficult constraint into a complete reinvention: a raised two-level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a much more useful plan.

The house was raised to create a flood-resilient ground level with engineered FEMA flood vents. The former garage became part of the living program, while the original upper-floor walls were reorganized to support a practical 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout.
